new suggestion from Gee

Hello all, and here, i have an idea/suggestion for our club

here i want to share my idea, which is, a "communication system" or "announcer" for our club. which is, each member in this club, contribute $5 for each month or maybe less, and this money will not go to any1 but our communication system, the communication system i am suggesting about is that im planning to buy a "new dst line" and it is only for our club, therefore, no one's personal line would be used to announce if there is gathering or any function, and will only use the new dst line to send messages to all members, or maybe to let other club to contact us if they are going to invite us to their function.As for the monthly payment collected from each member, i will buy it for the top up to keep the subscription alive.

gimme ur feedbacks, either u agreee or disagree or if u have any other idea for this thing.

SIMPLIFIED VERSION
- Planning to buy a new DST line
- purpose is to send messages to members if there is any gathering or function
- $5 from each member monthly
- we could use tell other car clubs that the number is for our club, if there is invitation, just send txt message that line.
- this new line will be used for club purpose only, therefore no one's personal line is used to send messsages to every member. which is total of maybe 30+ messages needed to be sent.

and if the others feel uncomfortable with it, just assigned another person to be someone like a 'Treasurer'.
to check how much money comes in...and how much is used. Just to be fair.
Excess money can be used for future events like drinks, food, snacks or prizes for games. any laa~~
